Developing and empowering vulnerable groups as agents of change in the fight against HIV and AIDS: this project aims at bringing about behavioral change and economic independency and security in vulnerable groups of youth, at the same time linking them as mentors and educators on HIV and AIDS to young, teenage orphans and vulnerable children on the borderline of risky behavior. It also involves training of 100 police officers on how young people engaged in risky behavior can change their lifestyle, on the role of the police in this process and how police officers can work closely with the communities they serve.
